COMMERCIAL GYM (UNLESS FOLLOWING HOME WORKOUT SPLIT): These programs contain a wide range of exercises from using dumbbells to machines. You can find all necessary equipment at your local gym.

DISCIPLINE & CONSISTENCY: Our routines deliver results—but only if you do the work. To get the most out of your program, it's essential to show up consistently, give your best effort, and stay committed every step of the way.

DUMBBELLS AT HOME (HOME WORKOUT ONLY): For those following the Home Workout Split, we recommend having one to two pairs of dumbbells — a heavier set for compound movements and a lighter set for accessory work. If dumbbells aren't available, no problem — we've included a list of common household items that can serve as effective alternatives to complete your workouts.
